If there is a warranty from the agent, please refer back to the agent and bring an authorized maintenance report to exchange the device with another one within 14 days from the purchase date as stated on the invoice.

The product and its packaging must be in their original condition.

No used product can be exchanged.

The original purchase invoice must be presented by the customer, and the invoice should be in the customer’s name.

The product can be exchanged only once, and the customer can choose to exchange it with another product within the branch or receive a receipt of the same value to purchase any other product within the branch within a period of three months.

Returns can be made within 14 days from the purchase date in case of a malfunction or defect that cannot be repaired by our authorized maintenance center. The report will be issued within a minimum of two days, and the customer will be given a receipt with the corresponding value, which can be used within three months.

If the product does not match the information written on the image or the invoice, the return should be made with the original invoice and using the same payment method.

If the customer has received discounts or installment offers when purchasing the product, according to the above conditions, the invoice value cannot be refunded in cash. Instead, the invoice value will be replaced with a voucher of the same value, valid for six months from the date of issuance.
